MEETING AT CATTOLICA UNIVERSITY

It all began in 2012, in the lecture halls of the Università Cattolica di Milano. Francesco and Andrea, two guys studying Economics, still didn't know that ten years later they'd be ditching their plans to chase a crunchy dream. For now, they were just friends, but the vision was just around the corner.

FROM GOOGLE TO SA PIZZEDDA

Let's fast forward 10 years. Their careers were skyrocketing: Google, Revolut, Mediobanca. Names that would make your head spin. Yet, something was missing. That spark, that desire to create something of their own, something authentic.

The idea almost came naturally. Francesco is Sardinian, from Cagliari. Andrea is a chronic lover of the island and its amazing flavours. The choice was right there, in front of their eyes: to bring the pizzedda to Milan, that taste of home that Francesco missed so much.

CONQUERING MILAN

Starting is tough, but the results pay off. First, we won an episode of Joe Bastianich's Foodish for the best Roman-style pizza in Milan (not bad, huh?). Then, we started opening our stores.
